It’s a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted for faulty items, and/ or items that are damaged.
Please note, we do not accept returns for change of mind, which includes returning t-shirts for different sizes. We provide an accurate sizing chart on each t-shirt product page. Please use this to choose the correct size for you before purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at – orders@proworldapparel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
